How do I choose a size or color?
Open the product page and choose from the options shown for that style. Available colors and sizes can differ by item. Please check the product details before adding it to your cart.
Will the product color look exactly the same on my screen?
We make every effort to show product colors accurately, but display settings and lighting can affect how a color appears. Product images and descriptions are the best guide.
Are all items always in stock?
Availability is shown on each product page and can change as items are purchased or updated. If an option cannot be selected, it is not currently available through the store.

How do I place an order?
Select the options you want on a product page, add the item to your cart, then continue to checkout and review your details before placing an order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched. Any rights provided by applicable consumer law continue to apply.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout before you place it. Never send full payment-card details or security codes by email or through the contact form.

Where do you ship?
At present, checkout accepts U.S. delivery addresses only. Available shipping methods and charges appear after you enter an eligible address at checkout. We will update this page if additional destinations become available.
What are the shipping rates?
Applicable shipping charges and any available shipping offers are displayed in your cart and at checkout for eligible U.S. addresses. Please review the final total before placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on the destination, processing and carrier. Review the Shipping Policy and any estimate shown at checkout. Contact us with your order number if you need help with a shipment.
Returns & refunds
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please review the Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us before sending an item back. Include your order number so we can help with the request.
When will I receive a refund?
After an approved return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
