These terms apply when you visit, browse or use this website and its store services. We may update them by publishing a revised version here. Changes do not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued under applicable law.

Please do not send full payment-card details or security codes by email or through the contact form.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with the order number. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has been processed or dispatched. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are not affected.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where supported. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you. Please follow the instructions in that policy and contact us before returning an item.
